Matt Ehrich Studied business and marketing at Minnesota School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, as well as an Associate of Applied Science degree in Sales and Marketing. Matt was drawn to marketing by a desire to work with and understand people in order to solve problems and promote mutually beneficial business relationships.

Darla Manke Bachelor of Science degree in business from Mankato State University. Started Manke Business Services, Inc. in 2007, assisting clients with payroll, payroll taxes, Quickbooks training, bookkeeping, preparing financial documents, and preparing personal and small business tax returns. With Robert VanDenBerg as one of Mrs. Manke's clients, she is now General Manager of two of Mr. VanDenBerg's companies-MiniC Co. and Datasave. She also assists in administration tasks for Mr. VanDenBerg's other companies-Advanced Engineering, Inc and Comstrand.

Ray Egan Earned a BSME and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and attended the U of M Law school. Over the years has held various engineering, quality assurance and management positions with local high-tech manufacturers such as Control Data Corporation and its Magnetic Peripherals subsidiary, Carl Zeiss Industrial Measuring Technology, Hutchinson Technology, and Johnstech International Corporation.

Robert J. VanDenBerg graduated with honors from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He then went to work for the Aeronautical Division of Honeywell and helped design the electronic controls for the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo space programs. He was promoted to the position of Senior Principal Development Engineer.

He left Honeywell to found Comstrand Inc. and built it up to $50 million in sales, representing some of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world including divisions of RCA, Motorola, Hitachi, and Samsung. They also represented AVX Corp, the largest passive supplier in the United States.

Denny Heidelberg has been selling electronic and mechanical components to the Industrial and Medical OEM's in the Upper Midwest (MN, ND, SD, & Iowa) for over 20 years. A graduate of University of Minnesota (BSAE & Business minor) with extensive knowledge working with distribution & CEM's, selling standard products, but specializing in custom made products to meet unique application needs of various OEM's.

Ken Graff Graduate of Southwest Minnesota University with 30 years OEM sales experience in electronics industry. Functioned as Regional or National sales manager for Murata Erie, US Microtek, Unitrode, Johanson, AVX & TSE Ametek. Strategic sales focus as manager for Aerospace & Medical.
